The café of the LCC terminal of Kansai International Airport. It is designed by Akitoshi Imafuku Design Studio"Supermaniac Inc"in Osaka Japan.
Designing is to make a space that creates new sensitivities and encounters,he said.
This is a café that renders a sense of excitement that is fitting for when traveling to a foreign country.
Not the form of his design, but the perspective towards the design is of a Super Maniac!

デザインとは人々に新しい感性や出会いを生み出す場をつくること。
彼が語る通り、まさにこのカフェは異国への旅立ちの出発点。そのワクワク感が演出されている。
デザインの形だけではなく、デザインに対する視点がさすがスーパーにマニアック！

This is about interior design for hair salons designed by Yasuo Imazu (ninkipen!)
He paid attention to activities in hair salon that involves moving from one seat to another, depends on the purposes such as cutting, shampooing and perm.
If each required room is separated using doors depending on its functions, then there will be as many independent interiors for that as there are rooms. In that case, the scenery stays still and does not move.
He is trying to generate hybrid scenery and add movement to the scenery by opening up a part of some rooms and show the hints for the next space so that the interior will be linked.

ninkipen! 今津康夫氏の作品。ヘアサロンのインテリアデザインである。
カット、シャンプー、パーマと、目的に合わせて席を移動するヘアサロンでのアクティビティーに注目している。求められた諸室を機能毎に扉を付けて部屋にしてしまうと、その数だけ独立したインテリアが生まれてしまう。そうなると見えている風景は止まったままで動かない。
そこで、いくつかの部屋の一部を開放し、次の空間のヒントを提示しながらインテリアを繋げていくことで、ハイブリッドな１つの風景を生み出し、風景に動きを与えること試みている。

Hiromi Ladies Clinic is providing total health care for women. Designed by Mr. Shinichiro Yokoi (HiGe Creative Partner)
In order to finish it as a space in which not conventional femininity or a sense of healing but the strength to live as a woman and person is felt,he dared to adopt the grain of a Strace tree veneer with strong masculine patterns.
He attached it to the 4 sliding doors that separate the waiting room from the examination area and expressed a strong life force by considering the seams and composition of the grain and creating wide patterns and flows.
An expression as strong as unbalanced is added to the tender space shrouded in curves and indirect light, creating a dignified atmosphere in the space.

上本町ヒロミレディースクリニックは女性の為のトータルヘルスケアを行うクリニック。
ハイジクリエイティブパートナーの横井慎一郎氏のデザインである。
月並みな女性っぽさや癒し感ではなく、女性として人として、生きる力を感じる空間にするため、敢えて力強い男性的なStraceの木柄を採用。その木の持つ生命力を、待合室と診療エリアを隔てた4枚の引戸に貼ることに決める。
しかし単に貼るのではつまらない。この木から感じた力をこの木を使って表現するために一枚一枚、木目の繋ぎ構成をオリジナルでデザインし、ゆったりとした柄、そして流れを新たに作り出し、大きく強い生命力を表現することにチャレンジした。
曲線や間接光で包まれた柔らかな空間にアンバランスなほどの強い表情が加わり、見事、空間に凛とした雰囲気が見事に生まれている。
