Next to dynamic ZAHA HADID’s sofa, low table decorated by our wood veneer according to the designer’s request image.

The tables was decorated by mappa brooklyn veneers,especially some of them are soot stained and show like the velvet.

In many store designes either the interior or others gives way, but in this collaboration, the powerful personalities of both are combined to lift the spirit like never before.

THE HACHIKINZAN serving the “YAKINIKU”(Japanese-style BBQ) is open in Matsuyama-city Japan, they wished to revolutionize the image of YAKINIKU Restaurant to more luxuriously.

For designing this, they found out the interior designer Koji Miyaoka (landscape co,.ltd.)who have many experiences setting up the branding design of luxurious restaurants and clubs.

Revolution. it might be an opportunity for client and designer to fuse together without losing anything, trying the new concept of" YAKINIKU" restarurant and his uniquely artistic sense has much in comon with the request of the restaurant.He worked on cutting-edged products so far,design shows a challenging spirit,as if to break away from traditional concepts in space design.

THE　HACHIKINZAN,here is no ordinary the restaurant,the whole space has became an exciting installation,just like the excited ball room.

ZAHA　HADIDのソファに合わせて作ったローテーブル。デザイナーのイメージを楢木のbrooklyn-styleの突板が表現する。テーブルのトップは、brooklyn mappaを採用、特にメインダイニングのロング＆ラウンドテーブルにはデザイナーの要望により、オリジナルとして黒い煤（すす）を練りこみ、ビロード風の意匠を表現している。
複数のインテリアアイテム、片方が脇役に引き下がる店舗デザインは少なくない。　が、このコラボレーションでは双方の強烈な個性が相まって店の高揚感をかき立てている。

愛媛県松山市にオープンした焼肉店　THE HACHIKINZANは、焼肉店のイメージを大きく変え、高級感とエレガントを持つ店を目指す。オーナーがインテリアデザイナーとして選んだのはクラブやレストランのブランディングデザインを行ってきたlandscapeの宮岡耕司氏。

異色とも思われる２人ではあるが、店意識の改革という点で、デザイナーとオーナーがお互いに失うものなく融合できる機会であり、デザイン、素材、技法にこだわった無類の宮岡氏のアーティスティックな感性がTHE　HACHIKINZANのコンセプトを見事に具現化している。
刺激的でカッティングエッジなデザインを手がけてきた宮岡氏だけに、今回のお店にも概念を打ち破るというチャレンジ精神をうかがうことができる。

空間全体が刺激的なインスタレーションで満たされた社交場として
今後も注目を浴びながら存在しつづけるであろう。
